Project-specific scope, milestones, payment and delivery terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Estimates and engagement

Public price ranges are positioning and planning guidance, not binding offers. A project begins only after written scope acceptance and the required payment or deposit.

Direct and marketplace work

Independently acquired clients may choose direct checkout or Fiverr. Any relationship that originated on Fiverr remains on Fiverr in accordance with marketplace policy.

Intellectual property

Minecraft and related marks belong to their respective owners. Client deliverables, third-party mods and licensed assets remain subject to the terms agreed for each project.
